General Settings

To get to the General Settings, please follow these steps.

  1. In Shopify click on Apps -> DHL eCommerce.
  2. Now you are on the Dashboard. Please click top right on General Settings. Click on View. alt text
  3. Now you are at General Settings of the DHL eCommerce App.
  4. Here you can now select the store name to be displayed, this data is taken from the Shopify settings. alt text
  5. You have the option here to define a Custom Sender Name. alt text
  6. Now you can set the standard size and the standard weight, which applies to every order. alt text
